How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock rugs ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but you can typically expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days via standard ground shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all rugs in original, unused condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply to certain oversized items.
How do I clean and maintain my Loloi rug?
We recommend regular vacuuming without a beater bar. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For deep cleaning, professional rug cleaning is recommended to preserve the integrity of the fibers.
Do I need a rug pad?
Yes, we highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents the rug from slipping, protects your flooring, and adds an extra layer of cushioning for comfort and durability.
Why does my rug look slightly different than the photo?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and variations in monitor settings, slight differences in color and texture are normal. These unique characteristics are a hallmark of artisanal rug making.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.
