At Loloi Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a rug doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping fees.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective packaging or a heavy-duty plastic equivalent to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver the package to your nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
